Adversor were founded in late 2015 by Dado, who recruited his brother Ja on drums and guitarist Aurora on lead guitar. Soon joined by bassist Ema, the band quickly entered the studio to record their debut demo Beware Of The Soothsayer, which sold out twice.
In October 2016, Adversor released their first full-length album Rise To Survive via Punishment 18 Records. The record was met with strong acclaim from both critics and fans, leading to extensive European touring in 2016–2017. Following the departure of Aurora, guitarist Phil joined the lineup and contributed to the writing of the second album The End Of Mankind, a release that further solidified the band’s reputation. After another successful European tour, including their first shows in the UK, bassist Ema left and was replaced by Ale in late 2018.
With this renewed lineup, Adversor continued an intense schedule of live performances across Europe throughout 2018 and 2019, steadily expanding their fanbase. They have also shared the stage with renowned thrash and metal acts such as Exciter, Protector, Nifelheim, Gama Bomb, and many more—establishing themselves as one of the most promising forces in the Italian thrash scene.
