Coffin Birth was founded in 2018 as a collaboration between some of the most respected names in the Italian and Maltese extreme metal scenes: Giulio Moschini (Hour of Penance), Marco Mastrobuono (Hour of Penance), Francesco Paoli (Fleshgod Apocalypse, ex-Hour of Penance), Davide Billia (Hour of Penance, Beheaded), and Frank Calleja (Beheaded).
The band’s sound is a filthy and uncompromising mix of old school death metal, punk, and rock’n’roll energy, brought to life with raw aggression and unrelenting brutality.
