Bio:
Formed in 2019 by musicians with backgrounds in Black Rage, In-Sight, Atlas Pain, and Sojourner, HUSQWARNAHquickly made their mark with a crushing live debut supporting Asphyx. After some lineup changes, the band entered the studio to record their first full-length Front: Toward Enemy (2020), officially released in 2021.
Since then, HUSQWARNAH have built a reputation for ferocious live performances, sharing the stage with legends such as Mortuary Drape, Baest, Discharge, High On Fire, and Voivod. Their show with Voivod was captured and independently released as Live At Bloom (2023), further cementing their name in the underground death metal scene.
Musically, HUSQWARNAH deliver uncompromising old-school death metal, compact and dynamic, designed for the stage. Their sound pays homage to the traditions of the early 90s, echoing the crushing weight of Asphyx, Bolt Thrower, and Benediction, while carving their own identity within the genre.
