Martyred is a death metal band from Austin, Texas, currently signed to Time To Kill Records. Formed in 2003 by founding guitarist Mike DeBord, the band went on hiatus in 2010 before reforming in 2017.

Known for their razor-sharp guitar work, blackened thrash influences, and complex time signatures, Martyred deliver a brutal mix of blast beats, pit-style hook riffs, and dark atmospheres. Their lyrics, rooted in reality, often explore themes of war and mental trauma, setting them apart within the death metal landscape.

Over the years, Martyred has gone through multiple line-up changes, with Mike DeBord remaining as the sole original member and the driving force behind the band. To date, they have released three EPs, with a new full-length album scheduled for release in Fall 2022.
