Bio:
Scheletro were formed in Rome by four friends determined to play live in the hardcore scene, supporting self-organized libertarian movements, benefit gigs, and prisoner solidarity actions. The original idea was simple: “Let’s play something easy and rough so we can get on stage as soon as possible.”

However, with a slow start—first rehearsal in 2011, second in 2012, and monthly practices only beginning in 2013—the band took their time before gaining momentum. Over the next years, they played numerous gigs in squats and small clubs across Rome and Italy.

By 2016, Scheletro had enough material for their debut album Farfalle Dentro Al Vomito (Butterflies in the Vomit), released in 2018 as a limited 10” vinyl (250 copies) through the international DIY network. The record unexpectedly caught the attention of national metal media, leading to invitations to major festivals.

Now, Scheletro are preparing to unleash their second album in 2022, pushing their raw metal punk sound even further.
