Crawling Chaos is a Death Metal band born in Rimini, Emilia-Romagna, Italy. In January 2009, the band released its first EP based on original songs: Goatsuckers. Though the work obtained many positive reviews by the metal underground media, it was just an appetizer mainly distributed for promotional purposes.
In the following years, Crawling Chaos plunged deep in the writing process of new music. In December 2012, the band recorded its first full-length, Repellent Gastronomy, at Domination Studio. Produced and mixed by Simone Mularoni, the album was released on November 2013 via Memorial Records.
Then, in November 2020, Crawling Chaos released its second full-length via Time to Kill Records: XLIX, a concept album inspired by Machiavelli’s notorious book The Prince. Once again, the work was mixed and produced by Simone Mularoni.
In the wake of XLIX’s great reception, a work praised by many international metal webzines and magazines, the band joined K2 Music Management’s roster.
Between 2013 and 2023, Crawling Chaos played dozens of gigs all around Italy and Europe supporting international acts such as Suffocation, The Monolith Deathcult, Havok, Skeletonwitch, Imperial Triumphant, Hideous Divinity, Nero di Marte, Dark Lunacy and more.
In December 2023, Crawling Chaos re-entered the studio in order to record its third full-length: WYRD, an anthology inspired by the role of various feminine figures of the European mythology and their role in embodying the concepts of fate and free will.
