For The Storms is a doom/black metal–inspired project born in 2019 in Brescia, Northern Italy, from former members of Shantak.

The band’s name evokes a sense of overwhelming discomfort and acceptance derived from the awareness of life’s very nature – a lament for darker times. Their debut work, “The Grieving Path”, explores themes of bereavement, afterlife visions, and deep introspection, shaping a step-by-step journey through the turmoil of a grief-stricken mind.
