The EP "Overtime" navigates a dark and intense emotional landscape. The opening track "Reaching Death" delves into the grim world of addiction, showcasing its destructive nature not only for the individual but also for loved ones, with a sense of lostness and self-destruction.
"Mirrors" offers a broader social critique, denouncing a society where minds are manipulated by superficial and deceptive messages, leading to an unsatisfying existence and blind obedience to corrupt systems.
"Sagnol" paints a picture of inner conflict between love and hate, pleasure and pain, trapping the individual in a cycle of intense and destructive emotions, culminating in a sense of condemnation. Finally, "Born Again," speaks of an existential blockage, a loss of strength and feelings, yet urges to react and find a personal rebirth in the face of despair. Despite the darkness, a common thread of resilience and the possibility of a new beginning emerges in "Born Again."
